Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Radiant Camera ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Radiant Camera is a camera application for iOS that captures photos with film emulation effects using Custom GPU shaders and RAW capture technology. The App processes photos on-device and saves them to your Photo Library.
License
Tama Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
User Responsibilities
When using Radiant Camera, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, Custom shaders, built-in LUT files, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Tama Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Photos you capture using Radiant Camera belong to you. We claim no ownership over your photos or creative work.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the App
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tama Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or device damage, arising from your use of the App.
Device Requirements
Radiant Camera requires iOS 17.0 or later and a compatible iPhone with camera and Metal GPU support. Certain features (such as ProRAW capture) require specific hardware capabilities. We are not responsible for any issues arising from using the App on unsupported devices.
Updates and Modifications
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
